1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, logging in, or placing any bet on 959t, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and 959t. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered at 939t.net, including casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games, and all promotional offers. Where specific promotions carry additional rules, those rules apply alongside — not instead of — these terms.
2. Eligibility
To open and use a 959t account, you must meet all of the following:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted for personal use.
- You are not an employee, contractor, or close family member of a 959t employee.
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme linked to 959t.
3. Account Registration
One account per person
Each player may hold only one 959t account. If we detect duplicate accounts belonging to the same person, we will close the duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonus balances held in them, and may suspend the primary account pending a review.
Accurate information
You must provide your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method when registering. Using a false identity, another person's details, or a temporary phone number to bypass verification is a breach of these terms and will result in permanent account closure.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. 959t will never ask for your password via email or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact us at [email protected].
4. Deposits
959t accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits are credited within approximately 2 minutes of a confirmed transaction.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and your account flagged for review.
5. Withdrawals & KYC
Processing times and limits
Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes. First-time withdrawals may take up to 1 hour while KYC verification is completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳600, and the maximum per day is ৳65,000 for Classic-tier accounts (higher limits apply to VIP tiers — see the Bonus & VIP page).
KYC verification
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification. Accepted documents are:

Documents are reviewed within 12 hours. Upload clear, unedited photos with all four corners visible. Edited, cropped, or illegible images will be rejected and may delay your withdrawal.
6. Bonus Policy
Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds. They cannot be withdrawn directly — you must meet the wagering requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable real money.

Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim region-restricted offers, or placing low-risk wagers designed solely to meet wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
959t reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at any time. Any change will be announced on the promotions page before it takes effect.
7. Gameplay Rules
All game outcomes on 959t are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by our licensed game suppliers: Habanero, Ezugi, KA Gaming, Spribe, and Red Tiger. 959t does not alter game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's server records. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on our side, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game and displayed in the game lobby. Placing a bet that exceeds the stated maximum (due to a display error or otherwise) gives 959t the right to void the bet and return the stake.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:
- Using bots, scripts, or any automated betting software.
- Collusion with other players in table games or live casino rooms.
- Exploiting software bugs or display errors to gain an unfair advantage — these must be reported to support immediately.
- Attempting to process a chargeback on a completed and settled deposit.
- Using a VPN or proxy to mask your true location for the purpose of bypassing eligibility rules.
- Any form of money laundering or fraudulent financial activity.
9. Account Suspension and Closure
959t may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe any of the prohibited conduct listed above has occurred, or if required to do so by a legal or regulatory authority.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance consisting of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not tied to active bonuses will generally be returned, subject to any fraud or AML checks outstanding at the time.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please request a self-exclusion so that we can flag your details appropriately.
10. Responsible Gaming
959t is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. All players can access the following tools directly from their account settings:

11. Limitation of Liability
959t provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and cannot be held liable for losses arising from downtime, maintenance windows, or events outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, banking system failures, or natural events).
Our total liability to any individual player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in that same month, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where limitation would be unlawful.
12. Changes to These Terms
959t may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make a material change, we will post a notice on the homepage at least 7 days before the change takes effect and update the "effective date" at the top of this page.
Continued use of your 959t account after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, you may close your account before it takes effect without penalty.
