   Take a clear photo or scan of both sides. Use natural daylight or a bright lamp — avoid flash glare. The entire document must be visible inside the frame; do not crop any edges. Upload in JPG or PNG format, maximum 5 MB per file.

   Upload a selfie holding your document

   Hold your document next to your face. Your face and the full text on the document must both be clearly visible in the same photo. No hats, sunglasses, or face coverings. Plain background preferred.

Common Rejection Reasons — and What to Do
